Money may be the root of all evil, but it’s also been the inspiration for some recent design innovation. We’re not sure, however, if this will catch on as well as pure plastic.

Speaking of redesign and plastic, going green may be hazardous to your ears—at least, it will be if you’re eating Sun Chips.

Encouraging innovation may mean redesigning your workplace, according to a blog post on the Harvard Business Review by Tony Schwartz.

Sometimes it’s hard to distinguish innovation and pure generational differences, so Beloit College has put together a “Mindset List,” with the goal of helping faculty understand how the class of 2014 thinks. It’s an interesting notion that this generation will not know that tapping the wrist means, “what time is it?”; but the list is also filled with oddities like “The artist formerly known as Snoop Doggy Dogg has always been rapping.” What does this mean, Beloit College?

And just in case you were worried about 18-year olds, don’t forget about 28-year olds and the crisis of the “under-achieving 20-somethings.”

Finally, apropos of nothing, here is one of the most amazing cartoons I have ever seen about vegetable soup:
